Angus and Aislyn’s Beach Engagement Photography
Some love stories come full circle, and Angus and Aislyn’s engagement session on the beaches south of Panacea was a perfect example. I have known Angus for a few years now, so when he reached out to me to photograph their proposal and engagement I was delighted to be given the honor. He had kept this a secret from her for months, so planning for the shoot was done in the background! We met at Aislyn’s family beach house, a place filled with years of happy memories and quiet walks together. We started shooting just before sunset, and the passing rain left behind a sky full of texture and color. The soft light and drifting clouds created a dramatic yet peaceful backdrop that beautifully matched the emotion of the moment. Every frame carried that unmistakable mix of joy, love, and calm coastal charm.
We captured a range of poses along the shoreline and in front of the beach house, making sure the location that meant so much to them was part of their story. From quiet, candid moments to classic portraits, shooting your engagement photos for your friends is such a treat.
